Don't just use AI, learn to build with it.

Techno AI Academy is a live, four-week program that equips students in grades 9–12 to become creators, entrepreneurs, and confident leaders in an AI-powered world. Students learn how to turn ideas into real products by leveraging modern AI tools to plan, build, test, and iterate like professional builders. By the end of the course, every student will demo and launch their own live project.

Real, launched apps — the scope of a four-week project.

Example apps created by Techno AI Academy to demonstrate the scope of a four-week student project. Every student chooses a project of their own; these show what's achievable with the same process students learn.

StudyMap

A personalized study-planning app that turns a busy week into a clear, day-by-day plan.

The problem it solves: students juggle assignments, tests, and activities with no simple way to see what to focus on next.

  • Add classes, deadlines, and available study time
  • Auto-generates a balanced daily study schedule
  • Tracks progress and adjusts as plans change

TrainTrack

A sports training and progress tracker that logs workouts and shows improvement over time.

The problem it solves: young athletes train hard but rarely see the data that proves they're getting better.

  • Log workouts, reps, times, and personal records
  • Visualizes progress with clean charts
  • Sets goals and celebrates new milestones

These are Techno AI Academy examples, not previous student work. Every student picks a project they personally care about and builds their own version of this process.

Why Techno AI Academy

Most students use AI to get answers. Our students use it to create.

A motivated beginner can now build far more than was possible a few years ago — but only with a disciplined process. Techno AI Academy moves students from consuming technology to building with it.

Typical Students
  • Use AI for answers
  • Copy and paste without understanding
  • Accept errors without noticing
  • Depend on AI
Techno AI Students
  • Use AI to build solutions
  • Prompt with purpose
  • Evaluate and iterate like a professional
  • Direct AI
What students learn & receive

Students plan, build, test, launch, and present a product.

The advantage isn't memorizing every line of syntax. It's knowing how to direct AI, evaluate its work, correct problems, and make strong product decisions. Over four weeks, students learn to:

  1. 1 Turn an idea into a realistic product plan
  2. 2 Give effective instructions to an AI coding assistant
  3. 3 Understand, test, and debug generated work
  4. 4 Build a functional interface with React and TypeScript
  5. 5 Improve a product using feedback
  6. 6 Publish and present a finished app

What's included

Eight live classes (75 minutes each)
Required setup orientation
Exposure to industry-standard agentic coding practices and safeguards
Indvidualized support, feedback, and troubleshooting
A final demo day presentation
A public app link and your project files
The four-week process

From an idea to a launched product.

Each week builds on the last. Projects are deliberately scoped to something students can realistically build and launch in four weeks.

Week 1

Choose & scope the idea

Turn a rough idea into a clear, achievable plan — deciding what to build and what to leave out.

Week 2

Build the core experience

Work with AI to build the main features in React and TypeScript, step by step.

Week 3

Test, debug & improve

Find and fix problems, gather feedback, and refine your project.

Week 4

Launch & present

Publish a live link and present the finished app on demo day.

Projects are intentionally kept small enough to finish. The goal is a real, working app a student is proud of — not an unfinished attempt at something too big for four weeks.

Honest answers

Two fair questions, answered directly.

Q. Why pay for this when tutorials are available online?

Tutorials can teach isolated steps, but most students struggle to choose an achievable project, connect the pieces, solve unexpected problems, and actually finish. Techno AI Academy provides a complete process, live instruction, accountability, troubleshooting, and a deadline that ends with a launched product.

Q. Why learn coding if AI can write code?

Students don't need to memorize every line of syntax to become capable builders. They need to know how to define the problem, give AI the right context, understand what it produces, identify mistakes, make design decisions, test the result, and improve it. AI makes building faster, but judgment and direction still belong to the student.

Madeline Templeton, Techno AI Academy founder and instructor

Hi, I'm Madeline — the founder of Techno AI Academy.

I study Applied Mathematics–Computer Science at Brown University, where I also work as a teaching assistant for an introductory artificial intelligence course. That role is a big part of why I started Techno AI Academy: week after week, I help students who are new to this understand AI concepts, debug their work, and break intimidating ideas into steps they can actually follow.

I'm also a funded startup co-founder who practices AI-assisted development every day, so the methods here come from real product-building — not just a textbook. As a Division I student-athlete, I've learned how to coach patiently, give constructive feedback, and keep people motivated through the hard parts.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does my student need coding experience?

No. Techno AI Academy is beginner-friendly and open to students entering grades 9–12. Complete newcomers can succeed, and students who've dabbled will still be challenged. The focus is on directing and building with AI, not memorizing syntax.

What kinds of apps can students build?

Students build a functional web app based on their own idea — for example a study planner, a sports training tracker, a club sign-up tool, or a simple tool that solves a problem they see every day. Projects are scoped so they can genuinely be finished and launched in four weeks.

What computer and accounts are required?

A laptop or desktop with a modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge), reliable internet, and a webcam for live sessions. A parent-managed Claude account is required. Exact account and setup instructions will be sent before orientation.

What happens if a student misses a class?

Projects are paced so a single missed session won't leave a student behind. All classes are recorded and the recording can be shared with your family on request, and students can bring questions to the next live class or reach out between sessions.

How much work happens between classes?

There's no expectation of daily work. Light practice between sessions is encouraged and helps projects move faster, but the core work happens live. Students can email questions between classes and get a response to keep momentum.

How is this different from a coding tutorial or camp?

Tutorials teach isolated steps; this is a complete, guided process. Students don't just complete exercises — they plan, build, test, launch, and present a real product, with live feedback, accountability, and a deadline. The group is small and personally taught, so students get meaningful attention.

Why does coding matter when AI generates code?

Because someone still has to define the problem, give AI the right context, understand what it produces, catch mistakes, make design decisions, test the result, and improve it. AI makes building faster, but judgment and direction still belong to the student — and that's exactly what Techno AI Academy teaches.

Are classes recorded?

All classes are recorded and can be shared with families upon request. Classes will never be shown to outside third parties without student consent.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours of enrollment, 50% refund if cancelled before August 2nd, and no refunds for missed classes or the program on or after August 1st.

When is a seat officially confirmed?

A seat is confirmed only after payment is completed. Until payment is confirmed, no seat is held.
